Your Vinyasa teacher is Paola del Monaco who is a national trainer for Csen and senior yoga teacher for Yoga Alliance Professionals u.k. and Yoga Alliance Italia.
Your Yin teacher Clare Gates-Sjöblom, a long time student of Paul Grilley and a Chinese Medicine practitioner.

This training is Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 250 Chi Therapeutics
and Yoga Darshana International University RYT  250 Yoga Alliance Italia
You are learning two popular styles of yoga, Yin and Vinyasa

We will cover in detail the basics + more in asana, variations, assisting and sequencing. 
We will study functional anatomy in addition to basic anatomy.
We will assess function over form (what are the benefits muscular/energetic rather than focusing on just one “right” alignment).

This training consists of seven 2 day immersions, plus a 6 day final session
In total 20 days, accumulating to 250h hours certified by Yoga Alliance Italia e  CSEN
After this training you will be eligible to teach safe and innovative Yin and Yang Yoga classes.

Once accepted to the training you will have access to the written manual for each module. 
You will have a pre-read before the training. All the written material will be printed for you for the on-site training.

This training is conducted in English with Italian translation when applicable.
